CRC CABLE CLEAN will effectively remove various contaminants on semi-conductive jackets and insulations prior to splicing and terminating high voltage cables. Use CABLE CLEAN on EPR, XLP, PVC, thermoplastic, butyl rubber and most other synthetic insulations and jackets without fear of flash over due to tracking. It is non-conductive, non-corrosive, non-staining and non- flammable. In addition its excellent solvency and quick complete evaporation made this cleaner a welcome tool for all linemen and splicers.
CRC CABLE CLEAN Removes wire pulling compounds.
Removes semi-conductive particles which may remain on insulation after removal of semi-conductive tape or jacket.
Removes excessive silicone from exposed insulation and preformed stress cones after their installation.
